In a midnight attack, Al-Shabaab militants destroyed water wells in Adokibir and Marsamage villages in Galgadud Province in central Somalia, according to the witness.
No human casualties so far reported from this latest attack in the militants targeted these villages, and it’s part of waves of alshabab attacks against government and its allies in Galgadud.
Alshabab also blown up all telecommunication masts in the area, even though the motive is not clear why alshabab targeted the water sources in the villages which lives civilian who has no relation with government, but this seems in retaliation of dozens alshabab fighters who have killed in a deadly battle in Bahdo town months ago.Â
