Local forces in Middle Shabelle have today liberated from alshabab terror group in many riverine villages near Bal’ad district, on Sunday morning, reported Radio Mogadishu.
Osman Hadole, member of Somali parliament who was former military colonel, now is leading the operation in an interview to Radio Mogadishu, said they captures many strategic locations including Mukay-dhere, Jameco and others.
They cannot face us directly, we will continue offensive until get rid of terrorist from our country, said MP Hadole during his interview.
Middle Shabelle province is one of main crossing point for alshabab, and if government and its allies have defending this it will seal off alshabab to reinforce their militants in Hiran province.
