Counter-terrorism unit of the Somali police have intercepted a tuktuk a parked with huge explosives and two terrorists caring this, according to the police officials.
Police spokesman Major Sadiq Dodisho, said in statement, that the security forces have captured tri cycle moto caring with two explosives devices in Afgoye district, just 30km away from the capital.
The culprits were nabbed while they were attempting to smugle the explosive devices into the capital, said in the statement.
As the militants defeated in the battlefield, now they turned into the soft targets by using explosions to kill as much as possible and create fear among the major cities including the capital.
