Defense minister of Somalia, Abdulkadir Mohamed Nor has today appointed General Abdulahi Ali Anod as the ministry’s spokesman to improve the media engagement in the ongoing campaign against al-Shabaab.
General Anod was well known, he served in the military holding different positions, commander of armed forces was his last role in the military.
