Somalia’s Jubaland state president Ahmed Madobe has just arrived in Mogadishu to attend the National Consultative Meeting between FGS and FMS leaders which is due to happen in the capital.
Leaders from South West, Puntland and Galmudug arrived yesterday in Mogadishu.
Government officials including ministers, MPs and other dignitaries have welcomed the president and his delegation.
The upcoming GFS and FMS leaders will focus on various topics and more importantly on the security of the country and scaling up the ongoing nationwide offensive against alshabab militants.
