Somali National Army alongside pro-government local fighters have conducted operation against alshabab militant in Yasoman Village under Buloburte killing more than 45 terrorist members, according to the statement from government.
Ministry of information said, the army also moving further deep the terrorist strongholds in Hiran Province.
Meanwhile, the SNA also killed nine terrorist fighters in Warmahan village in Lower Shabelle Province, said in the statement.
During the Warmahan operation, two of the Somali National Army brave soldiers sustained injuries.
More than 200 alshabab militants have killed and nearly 30 villages and locations have also liberated from terrorists, in the latest operations in some part of the country, mainly in Hiran and Galgadud Provinces, concluded the statement.
