In the latest waves of preparation to join eradication campaign against al-Shabaab terror group have been increasing day after day, here is the border town Elbarde, one of the few places in Bakol province, which save from the terrorist’s 15 years rule.
Adan Abdirahman Yusuf, he is the deputy commissioner of Qura’jome village in Bakol, he and other armed men arrived today in the town to join the offensive against alshabab.
Alshabab which is one of the most powerful Alqeada affiliate, and has been responsible for uncounted bloodiest assaults in Somalia, for the past 15 years.
Elbarde town, is the center of new mobilization against the group, and allied forces have been regrouping there in the past weeks, and they are going to move into alshaba under control territories in Bakol.
Units of Somali National Army along with South West paramilitary Darawish forces, have been camping in the border town, to prepare the new offensive against terrorist strongholds in the province.
