Somali prime minister Hamza Abdi Barre has today received in Mogadishu Kenya’s new ambassador to Somalia Thomas Chepkuto, discussing a number of issues related the relationship and cooperation between the two countries.
Somali and Kenya has a long running relationship, diplomatic, trade and culture and further Kenya is one of ATMIS troop contributing countries, who help the government in the fight against alshabab terror group.
During their talks, they highlighted the importance of working together on the security issues of their respective countries and beyond.
