Somali president H.E Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has today closed in Mogadishu a five-day federal and state level ministers of religion affairs meeting which was discussing extremism ideology.
The ministry od endowment and religion affairs has organized this meeting in order to cooperate jointly what terrorists’ group have come up with in the religion perspective and its interoperation.
The meeting has been issued a communique which outlined the true value of the Islamic sharia and terrorist ideology has no role in the Islam.
Five federal member state presidents, prime minister, his deputy and other federal and state level officials have witnessed the conclusion of this meeting.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, the president has strongly stressed how his administration is committed to defeat terrorists and called the people to joint the fight against al-Shabaab terror group.
“It’s very close to the hope of living without fear of al-Shabaab,” said the president.
