Somali president H.E Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, who briefed media after conclusion of the day meeting in the capital he praised the regional leaders for their commitment to work closely with federal and how the country moving forward
He reiterated for his commitment to eradicate the terrorist group alshabab and Deash in the Horn of Africa state.
The meeting was discussed range of topics including; speeding up military operations against terrorists, implementing Federal and Regional popular elections and completion of the constitution.
“Our promises, which were Somali at peace with itself and peace with the world still are there, and you see its signs (pointing out regional leaders standing behind while he was speaking) . I thanked them for their willingness to move Somalia forward,” said the president.
The president also stressed the war against terrorist groups he called the people to stand the government in the fight against the militant.
“No camp in between siding with the government or with the al-Shabaab. No room for neutrality at this moment,” added the president.
