Somali president Hassan Sheikh Mohamed has today dissolved in a presidential decree Anti-corruption committee and Judiciary Service Committee, citing for reforming their establishment, said a decree.
The president also has abolished the law number 357 and 358 which were established Judicial Service Commission, and the Anti-Corruption Commission respectively.
He instructed the Somali cabinet to form these commissions in accordance with Article 71 of the constitution.
In the decree, the president also rule out all decision they have made during their operations the members of these two constitutional committees.
