Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, HE Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has reinstated army ranks stripped from former Benadir Police Commissioner Brigadier General Sadak Omar (Sadak John) who is now member of House of People of Federal Parliament.
“Senior General Saadaq Omar Mohamed, from today I signed this presidential decree, he has the right to all the rights of the forces that the law allows, while this decree cancels all the laws that preceded it”, President Hassan said.
This Presidential Decree came into effect on Monday, August 15, 2022, when it was signed by the President of the Federal Republic of Somalia.
