“The only enemy of Somalia today has is terrorist organization Al-Shabaab and Daesh to defeat them is inevitable,” said the president. Adding that there’s no way going at this point.

During his speech today, the president thanked the lawmakers who have gone to the battlefield to show their support and he said that the real representation is to stand with the people like this time.
“Anytime they are defeated at the frontlines they turn into soft targets, like what they were doing on 29th October near Zobe,” he added.
The President said that his administration gave priority tackling humanitarian crisis and fighting against terrorists.
“Our people and country are now in a position which has no place for defeat. We have decided to wage a war to eradicate the Khawarij group. We don’t find any other way than to defend our country, religion and government,” emphasized the president.
