The commissioner of Qoryoley district in Lower Shabelle, Sid Ali Ibrahim was killed in a bomb explosion that happened on Tuesday in the town, according to the officials.
Al-Shabaab terror group was behind this heinous attack that killed the young district commissioner and one of his body guards.
Qoryoley is one of main districts in Lower Shabelle Province, and al-Shabaab have frequently tried to seized, but the deceased DC was committed to prevent the terrorist’s insecurity activities to the town.
