Somalia’s Prime Minister Hamze Abdi Barre has today received at his a united nations delegation led under secretary General for humantrain relief coordinator Martin Griffiths, they have discussed to improve the cooperation between government institutions and UN agencies in the humantrain aspect.
In a press statement from the office of the prime minister, Said that the PM is committing to prioritize the response of existing droughts in the country.
He also, emphasized that his administration is doing its best to get lasting solutions for this recurrent drought that affected millions of people.
During the talks, the UN relief coordinator has said he will deliver to the international community what he saw in Somalia.
He praised, how the government of Somali is ready to service their community and, he will ask the international donors to support people of Somalia during this tough time.
