The speaker of Somalia’s house of the people Sheikh Adan Madobe, has on Sunday returned home after spending four days visiting South Africa, where he attended the Pan Africa Speaker summit in Johannesburg.
Upon his arrival at the Adan Abdule airport in Mogadishu, he received a warm welcome by government officials including the parliamentarians.
During his tour in South Africa the speaker had delivered a speech at the summit focusing on many pressing issues in the country, like ongoing humanitarian crises and insecurity where he appealed to his colleagues to take part in the drought relief in the Horn of Africa nation.
